Rachel Howell joins Ignite Hope because of God’s call on her heart to share her administrative gifts through service in His honor. She is a wife and mother to 2 beautiful children. She also owns and runs her own business as a birth and postpartum doula where she utilizes her gifts and love for the Lord to support new and growing families. Rachel is excited to be a part of such an amazing organization that honors God and supports families as they grow and change through foster care and adoption.
